You subscribe to a monthly plan that fits your budget and company distribution stage. Then, just request work, track progress, and receive assets through Client Dash.

Do I own the artwork? Plus

You have full commercial usage rights to all final deliverables created during your subscription. You may use the assets across packaging, marketing, advertising, digital, and retail without restriction.

How fast is turnaround? Plus

Most requests are completed within a few days, depending on complexity. Larger projects (like full brand systems or packaging programs) follow structured timelines.

How do credits work? Plus

Our credit system is built on over two decades of delivering creative work across hundreds of brands. It reflects the most common and essential needs required to grow a CPG business — packaged into structured tiers so you can move quickly without constantly re-scoping or worrying about budget overruns.

Artdepartment™ uses "studio credits" as a simple way to track work across our ecosystem.

  • Standard credits are 1:1 exchange rate with USD ($1 = 1 credit of studio value)
  • Subscription credits are 1:1.15 exchange rate with USD ($1 = ~1.15 bonus credit of studio value)

More creative output (equivalent range: 15 - 20%) for your investment. Membership rewards commitment with increased capacity, not reduced value.

What happens if I run out of credits? Plus

You can purchase additional capacity with USD or upgrade your plan the next billing cycle.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan? Plus

Yes. You can change your plan at any time. Changes will apply to your next billing cycle.

Can I use the work after I cancel? Plus

Yes. You can continue using all final approved assets created during your subscription. You just won’t be able to request new work or expand on existing files without an active plan or extended license.

Do you use AI? Plus

Yes. We use some assisted tools to enhance speed, exploration, and efficiency. All final outputs are reviewed and refined by experienced creative professionals.
